Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Nectar of the Vine, Inc.
Thank you for choosing Nectar of the Vine! We value our wholesale partners and work hard to provide reliable service, timely fulfillment, and consistent support.
The following Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through the Nectar of the Vine wholesale website. By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, including our shipping and fulfillment policies and Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) requirements.
Order Processing & Business Hours
Nectar of the Vine's normal business and warehouse hours are:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Holidays: Closed
Orders are processed and shipped only during normal business days and hours.
2:00 p.m. Order Cutoff
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, may be eligible for same-day processing and shipment when warehouse volume and inventory permit.
Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time will be considered received on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will also be considered received on the next business day.
Processing Time
While our warehouse team will make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, same-day shipping is not guaranteed.
Wholesale customers should allow up to 48 business hours for order processing before shipment.
The 48-business-hour processing period does not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, carrier transit time, or other days on which Nectar of the Vine's warehouse is closed.
During periods of unusually high order volume, seasonal demand, severe weather, inventory constraints, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, additional processing time may be necessary.
Orders Needed by a Specific Date
Wholesale customers are responsible for placing orders sufficiently in advance when products are needed for a specific event, promotion, sale, opening, or other required delivery date.
Please consider both our processing time and the carrier's estimated transit time when determining when to place your order.
If timing is critical, we strongly encourage ordering well in advance.
Nectar of the Vine does not guarantee delivery by a particular date unless such a commitment has been expressly confirmed by Nectar of the Vine in writing.
Expedited Shipping
Selecting or paying for expedited shipping does not expedite warehouse processing and does not override our order-processing policies.
For example, selecting two-day shipping means that the carrier's applicable expedited transit service begins after the order has been processed, fulfilled, and tendered to the carrier.
Customers should still allow up to 48 business hours for Nectar of the Vine to process the order.
Shipping & Carrier Delays
Once an order has been tendered to the shipping carrier, estimated transit and delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Nectar of the Vine.
Nectar of the Vine is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, service interruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Carrier delays do not constitute a failure by Nectar of the Vine to timely process an order when the order was tendered to the carrier within the applicable processing period.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing and providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information at the time an order is placed.
Nectar of the Vine is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned shipments, or other costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy
Nectar of the Vine maintains a Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy to protect the integrity of the Nectar of the Vine brand, our products, and our network of authorized retailers.
Wholesale customers are required to comply with the current Nectar of the Vine MAP Agreement.
Among other requirements:
*Advertised pricing for Nectar of the Vine products must be equal to or greater than Nectar of the Vine's Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
*MAP requirements apply to advertising across channels, including catalogs, direct mail, websites, in-store displays, internet advertising, and other electronic or advertising media.
*Rebates, coupons, percentage discounts, or other promotions that result in a net advertised price below the applicable MAP are considered noncompliant.
*If Nectar of the Vine identifies advertised pricing below MAP, the retailer will be contacted and provided three (3) business days to correct the advertised pricing.
*Failure to correct the violation within the required period may result in Nectar of the Vine ceasing to supply the retailer and/or distributor.
*Retailers may not resell Nectar of the Vine products through major third-party online marketplaces, including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
*Nectar of the Vine's MAP Agreement also restricts resale through temporary markets and events.
These provisions are only a summary of the MAP requirements. Wholesale customers should review and comply with the complete Nectar of the Vine Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy/Agreement, which is incorporated into these wholesale terms by reference.

In the event of a conflict between this summary and the current MAP Agreement, the terms of the MAP Agreement will control with respect to MAP requirements.
Wholesale Account Compliance
Wholesale purchasing privileges are provided to approved Nectar of the Vine wholesale customers.
Nectar of the Vine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate wholesale purchasing privileges when a customer violates these Terms & Conditions, the MAP Agreement, applicable resale restrictions, or other written wholesale policies of Nectar of the Vine.
Changes to These Terms
Nectar of the Vine may revise these Wholesale Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on the wholesale website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
Questions or Special Shipping Requests
If you have an unusually large order, a time-sensitive order, or a special shipping requirement, please contact Nectar of the Vine before placing your order so we can determine whether your requested timeline can reasonably be accommodated.
